In short: CMS.

 A content managment system is a web application. You can place data and documents on the internet without much tecnical knowledge. An abbreviation for content management system is CMS.

The advantage of a CMS is that you can enter plain text and this reappears in a custom made layout.

You have to see it like this: Your text should be presented on the internet, but in your style. This is what a cms is all about. You log into your cms, you copy your text into a text editor in the cms and adjust your text. After this you press the publish button and it comes neatly into your website, because the cms is build around your corporate identity. It can't be much easier.

You can manage different content with different people. Each instance has its own area of the website to manage.
